Chocolate!


I've recently discovered a new chocolate icing recipe. It's easy and super yummy!
Throw 4 squares of bakers chocolate (I used semi-sweet) & 1 1/2 cups Coolwhip in a microwave safe bowl. Heat for a minute and then stir! It looks a little wierd at first so don't freak out. Just keep stirring and enjoy! It made enough for me to cover 2 dozen cupcakes.
